The guarantee

BreathiZen carries a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you purchase. Two months in, if it has not earned its keep, you can request your money back.

Do this on day one

The moment your package lands, set a reminder for day 60. It takes seconds and it is the only element of this whole process you fully control. The overwhelming majority of missed refunds are missed calendars, not rejected claims.

Worth planning around

The window closes at day 60, but the 3 and 6-bottle packages run 90 and 180 days. Buy either and you will still have unopened bottles when it shuts. Make the decision on bottle two rather than at the end of the supply.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Find the order number on your confirmation email.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Follow it exactly, keeping any tracking receipt.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Typically a few business days from approval. After that the timing belongs to your bank — usually another week to ten working days before the credit shows.

Damaged or wrong orders

Packages that arrive damaged, incomplete or simply wrong need photographs with support straight away. Those claims run on their own track and should not eat into your window.

Official orders only

This attaches only to orders placed at the official checkout. Auction sites and outside resellers rarely carry it, and nothing bought from them appears in the seller’s records to claim against.
